It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jacques Alexander Menard on December 12, 2023. Jacques was born on July 18, 1946 in Kapuskasing, ON. Jacques had a nickname “Jacques of all trades” because he was very handy. He specialized in carpentry but also worked as a mechanic, plumber and a truck driver. Jacques was blessed with a daughter and Son, Ann and André.
In 2009 he met the love of his life Roberta and gained two stepsons Rob and Wade. Jacques and Roberta were inseparable until her passing in 2019. Jacques will be lovingly remembered by daughter Ann (Pierre) stepsons Rob (Laurie) and Wade (Gianna), Grandchildren Annie, Daniel and Riley. Great Grandchildren Ariane and McKenzie.
Jacques was predeceased by his wife Roberta (2019) and his son André (1990) . The family is at peace knowing he is reunited for eternity with Roberta and André.
The celebration of life will be held on Monday December 18 at 1pm-3pm at Current River Rec Center. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Tuesday December 19 at 1pm.
